Weight, volume, and additional labor are the three factors that determine our prices.
Items Weight
For the weight of the items we are removing, we have three distinct pricing lists. Household trash often constitutes a light load, timber and building waste make up a heavy load, and concrete and bricks make up a bed load.
Volume
Our 17 cubic yard truck is divided into 9 different price ranges. We only charge for the amount of space the rubbish takes in our vehicles.
Additional Labor
Additional labor rates per crew may apply only when there are stairs present, long loading distances, demolition, or disassembly.

Our onsite free estimates ensure that you don’t pay a penny until you feel confident that you receive fair junk removal prices for what we haul away. If you aren’t comfortable with our junk removal prices, you’re under no obligation to accept our offer, nor do you owe us any money for our time.
How We Charge
We charge based on the amount of space your items take up in our truck. our trucks are equivalent to about 7 or 8 pick up truck loads. Our truck size is 7′ W × 5.5′ H × 12′ L
We provide all the labor, no matter where the items are, nothing is needed from our customers. our crew will give a firm, no obligation price quote up front. if you’re happy with the quote given, they can get your items out for you right then and there.
